Business Guide to COVID-19
Michigan has been under a Stay Home, Stay Safe order since March 24, 2020, to slow the spread of the COVID-19 disease. However, Governor Whitmer has begun to reopen certain industries in Michigan. This means that employees are beginning to return to work who are essential to business operations. You can find these industries in her most recent Executive Order. GLE Precision and similar businesses were allowed to remain open to essential staff throughout the Stay Home, Stay Safe order. These businesses supply products that are essential for the health and safety of the nation. However, they were required to implement measures to ensure the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is limited. We researched these measures, as there was no business guide to COVID-19.
GLE Precision recognizes that it is difficult to quickly find necessary resources, such as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes as businesses open. To combat these shortages, we put together our own business guide to COVID-19. We created this guide to increase employee safety, as well as to follow the executive orders.
